			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sun, sand, tank tops, shorts. It&#8217;s that time. The first days of summer weather have started. What will you be wearing when the weather gets hot?</p>
<p>Make the most of your training. Be sure to get to class at least 2 days a week, 3 if you can make it. Take a look at your diet. How does it rate? Be honest here. Most people will say they eat good, but if you write it all down for a week, most will see they really don&#8217;t. Are you loading sauces on your food? Tons of sugar and regular milk in your coffee? How about putting lemon juice on your veggies tonight? Your iLoveKickboxing location can help you with your nutrition as well as your workout. Just ask.</p>
